Our girls varsity soccer traveld to take on the Cypress Christian Lady Warriors yesterday afternoon. Lady cougars were up the the entire game until the lady warriors scored a goal at the last minute.

This game ended up going into penalty kicks, which is what you do when the score is tied and you go into overtime. Cypress ended up getting their penalty kicks in so that resulted in a lost for the lady cougars.

“It was a really good game and we should’ve won, overall we played better” says varsity soccer player and junior Elle White. White also says, “No one was mad they lost because they played really well.” When you come together as a team and stay confident even a lose can’t get the best of you if you keep your heads up high.
