Some exciting sports are coming up pretty soon at NCS! Baseball! They officially start practice Janurary 18 and are training and getting ready for the season now. I decided to sit down and ask a baseball and softball player how they feel this season is going to be.

Senior Noah Fouts says, “Practice wasn’t that bad yesterday.”  Fouts says that they’ve been running a lot lately and getting in shape and ready for the season. Running isn’t fun but if that’s what you have to do to get ready for the season, then that’s what you have to do.

The baseball team is hoping to go pretty far this year. Baseballs first scrimmage is Feburary 2nd at the cougar baseball field, so go support them!
