New Year, New Me?

New Year, New Me?

When the Holidays come around, everyone is very excited. Christmas is only the happiest time of the year. But, when New Years is upon us, many of us start thinking of our new years resolutions. A New Years resolution is a goal we set for ourselves to achieve in the upcoming new year.

But, who really follows through with their resolutions for more than three weeks? Definitely not many people. People set goals fore themselves every year, when in fact we should be setting goals for ourselves every dingle day. A few examples of New Years resolutions:

-work out

-eat healthier

-get better grades

-to not be late at work/school

-drink more water

These resolutions can each be done! But, people these days are so unmotivated and lazy that they seem like the hardest tasks of all time. Every day is a new day no matter what, just because the year changes doesn’t mean its a whole different time because the date is just a number. Every day should be a day for us to set goals for ourselves and have our own resolutions.

So, for the upcoming New Year, remember that number do not matter! Each day is a day for us to se new goals and try to achieve them.
