Natural disasters like earthquake, drought and avalanche happens frequently in our lives,many people lost their lives or have to move and find new shelters.

This Christmas I went to California with my mom, it’s was a beautiful place with western  region feeling. According to abcnews.org,about 2,000 people in rural area were asked to leave their homes because of days of heavy rain threaten to flood.”It is a dangerous situation,people shouldn’t attempt to travel at all,”said  Scott McGuire, a forecaster for the National Weather Service based in Reno.Freshman Stephanie said:”flood would affect our daily life, damage the houses.”

According to Fox News, heavy snow blanked Eastern Europe, causing people to struggles with travel delays, many homeless people and migrants were at risk. Some parts has seen the lowest temperature for decades,schools were closed in worst effect area. Tenth grade student Lexi Zhang said:”Europe is at a high latitude place, so it is normal to have snowfall. Natural disasters effects people’s life,but this had happened for a long time.I think when this rare disasters happened people should set up corresponding mechanisms to deal with this emergency situation. So the homeless people’s death isn’t just because of the bad weather.”
