My initial new years resolution was to not swear for as long as I possibly could, but it didn’t work out that well. I failed in the first couple of minutes and that was disappointing.

Now I’m trying to do at least 100 push ups a day and its been working out. I fixed my form a lot and now I feel like Hercules. The key is to space them out throughout the day because doing 100 in one session makes my upper body feels like death.

I think I’ll be mega buff after this month, but I should probably do more than just pushups after January. This first month is so I can feel disciplined and get ready to advance further.
