Sadly our varsity girls basketball ended this past week. This team fought through so many hardships and faced many challenges but that didn’t stop them from having a bad season.

Junior Meg Hamilton says, “I’ll miss this season, I developed many close relationships with my teammates.” Basketball is one of Hamilton’s favorite sports. We are all looking forward to see her play one last time again next year.

Helper and player Amari Pinder says, “I watched this team grow every practice and every game and it made me smile to see everyone getting a long.” It was a long season but the girls did all they could do. Just wait until next year and see how the lady cougars are going to be.
