I’m sure air horns have never been at the top of your “most feared” list. Well cougars, you can rest assured in know that this will never be a problem on our campus. Early on Sunday morning in El Segundo, California, John W. Nuggent was arrested for this very thing. For weeks, every day he would drive into neighborhoods, blasting air horns and terrorizing small children. Reports show he had no obvious motive. According to Click 2 Houston, “Nuggent is facing a misdemeanor charge of suspicion of disturbing the peace. ” Harsh. After all, we don’t even know his story. Police are feeling very proud of themselves after catching such a difficult target, since he would speed away very quickly after sounding his horn.
