Thanksgiving Break is almost here!

Sara Zollo

Guess what? Thanksgiving Break is almost here! Many students and adults are probably counting down to the days until we get a week off! I know I am. But besides getting a whole week off, it’s a time to be thankful and reflect on what we have been blessed with. As cliche as that sounds, it honestly is a time to be thankful. I know some people may not celebrate Thanksgiving which is totally fine because people can do whatever they want. Though, for me, I like to use the Thanksgiving break as a week on just reflecting on myself and everything that I have blessed with. Almost like a “cleansing” to relieve all my stress from school and fully focus on the important things in life. I like to take a walk or run around my neighborhood park and just think. I also like to spend time with my family and hang out and do fun activities with them. Now, for Thanksgiving Day, I will go to my in-laws for that day, but besides that I’ll pretty much stay home. Maybe go out and do something fun. I really just like to relax, though, because school is VERY tiring and stressful, so I like to take my break to its fullest advantage.
