It’s the moment we have all been waiting for, Christmas break. As soon as the first day of school came around the only thing on student’s mind was those two weeks off of school. But, life doesn’t always go the way you want it to! The only thing standing in between you and late winter nights watching Christmas movies, is midterms. Attention students, it’s midterm time and here is the low-down on this years midterm season at Northland.

As dead weeks rolls around it’s good to take the time to organize how you are going to manage your time. Tip: set a schedule as to when your finals are, how you’re going to study for them and how long you are going to study for. On Monday be ready to take your midterm for periods one and three, Tuesday is periods two and four,Wednesday is periods five and seven and lastly on Thursday are your periods six and eight midterms. The first midterm of the day starts at 8:00 o’clock sharp, the second one starts at 9:40. School is out for Friday and your Christmas break starts as soon as you are finished with your last final.

Don’t get too ahead of yourself these next weeks, get through midterms and it’s smooth sailing from there into break. Although midterm season isn’t necessarily the most wonderful time of the year, it’s definitely the most dreaded, which are kind of the same thing right? Enjoy your Holiday season this year and don’t forget to study!
