The war in Afghanistan has been going on since 2001. Many US soldiers have lost their lives there. Recently though there has been a stepped up violence. The Islamic State, and the Taliban both claim it is because of them. It has been over the last month, and the government failing to win over citizens.

Both of these groups have caused violence all over the world. We need to get troops out of that area and find a new plan, because this is not working. The US needs to either send more troops in to finish this or take them out to end it. The US needs to end this war now.
