The homecoming game this week is against Pasadena First Baptist on September 27th. Northland Christian’s record is 1-3 while First Baptist record is 2-1 in non-district play. This is the first district game for both teams and this will start off district play.

Before the game, the baseball boys are going to celebrate their state championship. Cameron Bailes says, “The festivities don’t really affect the team. I think the toughest thing will be staying focused during the game and not let the ring ceremony affect how we play.”

Senior captain, Justin Gilliland says, “I think it will be interesting and exciting. At times it will be a little distracting, but our main focus is to win no matter what. Our goal is absolutely dominate this team and have fun on Homecoming day.”

The players aren’t going to let distractions get in the way so they can focus on the game.
