This past Monday, the varsity boys soccer team were scheduled to take on the Fort Bend Eagles in a en exciting soccer  match. Based on their previous record, the Cougars had already beaten Fort Bend in their previous match (8-1), so they came in to this match with great confidence.

The game started off with the cougars taking a demanding possession of the ball, with great ball work in the midfield, there wasn’t much time passed before the cougars started scoring. Before the half, the cougars were already up 5-0, and putting in many subs, but as the game went along, the cougars still continued to control the game even though many of the younger players were being put in. The cougars kept scoring, and the final score ended up being 11-0, With Goals from Johnny Ohlo, Hunter Pace, Jim Avalos, Brady Abt, Teddy Louis, Matt Morgan, and Rigo Reyna.
