Be Brave to Face Life and Difficulties

Accident is terrible; it just like a monster that appears suddenly to take away people’s life from body. In 2007, Colleen Kelly Alexander was hurt by cars. She is a athlete and has a really beautiful future. This accident was a devastating trauma; she slept for 5 weeks and needed to have at least 29 operations. She was near the corrupted edge, and she felt hopeless. As a athlete, she cannot run and play any balls. Even she just wants a baby with her husband; it is also broken. The life became dark. She said she looks like a really bad horror movie. After operation, she began to do recovery and it was grueling. In her heart, there was a voice says she cannot be like this anymore, and she should be brave and snap out of it. In order to getter a better result of treading, she began to run and tried to overcame psychological and physical obstacle. She decided not to afraid her ability, instead, she wanted to be brave to face this accident.

It is truly hard, but she did a really good job. Now, she starts running again, and has thus far finished 50 races and 40 triathlons. As well as joining sports, she also understands how terrible to face death. So she join Red Cross and becomes a volunteer. She is trying her best to help others to overcome these difficulties.

In our life, accident and challenges always happen, and life always changes. We need to learn how to face and solve them instead of being negative. Try our best to make life be positive.
