Northland is presenting “The Little Mermaid!”
In a magical kingdom under the sea, NCS Fine Arts is going to present a musical called, “The Little Mermaid”. The musical is all about how a young mermaid wants to give up her life in the sea to be with a human. It will take place in the gym on November 1, 3 and 4 of 2018. You can purchase reserved tickets $25/$50 in Building One. You also can purchase other tickets by the door with checks or cash. Children four and under are free, faculty and staff pay $5, students/children pay $8, and adults pay $10. On November 1 and 3, it will start at 7 pm. On November 4, it will start at 2 pm.
In an interview with two freshmen, Danielle Rangel, and Ally Wiley, they responded:
What is your part in the musical?
Rangel said, “I’m a Mersister.”
Wiley then added saying,” I’m a maid, a princess, sea creature, and an animal.”
Do you think this musical will be one of Northland’s best musicals?
“Out of all the musicals I have been in, this is would be my top,” said Rangel.
Who is your favorite character in the musical?
“Scuttle,” said Rangel.
Ally then added,” I like Flounder, he is so adorable.”
