How much has Chick-fil-A changed since the virus?

Are people satisfied with these changes?

Ever since COVID had began, many things that use to happen, don’t apply anymore, for example restaurants. Now that restaurants have opened up again, they have many strict rules. Everyone including the workers have to follow new rules to ensure a safe environment for everyone. However, how many of the students from Northland have changed to follow Chick-Fil-A new guidelines? Chick-Fil-A is a favorite restaurant for many students. I interviewed two Juniors, Danielle Rangel and Kristopher Maxwell about their opinion on the new changes.

“The biggest change from the restaurant is their policy to use masks and buckets when distributing food,” Junior Rangel replied.

She continued by saying, “I do think the rules should apply especially now during this pandemic. I also think that it does help stop the spreading of COVID considering Chick-Fil-A is a large franchise.”

Danielle Rangel, also explained how the new changes that occurred at Chick-Fil-A has not affected her experience other than it being cleaner and sanitary.

“I’m cool with the changes,” Maxwell responded, “It keeps people safe and healthy and I still get good quality food at a fast rate.”

As Chick-Fil-A is one of the restaurants that has been on top for the past few years, making sure everyone is safe and stopping the virus is one of their top priorities. Since the outbreak, they have been updating their customers about many things: increased cleaning, disinfecting procedures, and temporarily closing dining rooms. Chick-Fil-A also encourages people to use the Chick-Fil-A app to limit person-to-person contact. I think we can all agree that Chick-Fil-A is making sure everyone is satisfied and safe.
